At Get Trend Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

 

– The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

– It must be in the original packaging.

– You must provide a valid proof of purchase.

Please note that certain products, such as hygiene items, discounted products, or personalized goods, are not eligible for return.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions for returning the item.

 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that bank processing times may vary.

 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at gettrendtools@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no extra charge.
